My wonderful elderly neighbor gave me these lovely vintage glass beads on a string as old as the hills. She loves to see what I'll create from the things she gives me.They reminded me of cranberries. When we canoe in early fall we can sometimes see the cranberries floating to the top of the bogs. It's a beautiful sight.
I was pleased with the earrings and a few necklaces I made and put them in my shop with tags of fall and autumn.
But much to my surprise when browsing the gift guides last night, people were already tagging their red jewelry for Christmas. Man, I am always behind the 8 ball.
